The Job
Youll deliver packages on routes under 150 miles per day loading and unloading packages and providing professional customer service at delivery stops. Youll operate a company-provided step van and work independently following your route until all packages are delivered.
The work involves frequent bending lifting and getting in and out of the vehicle. You may also have opportunities to earn a performance bonus.
Compensation
- Daily pay: $180$190 per day based on experience
- Pay structure: Flat daily rate
- Training pay: Same pay during 12 weeks of paid training based on driving experience
- Performance bonus: Available
- Pay frequency: Weekly; payday is Friday

Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- No CDL required
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
- Must pass a background check and drug test
- Prior courier or delivery experience is a plus
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively
- Ability to lift packages up to 150 lbs with frequent bending and getting in and out of the delivery vehicle with or without reasonable accommodation

Schedule
Flexible schedules include TuesdaySaturday WednesdaySunday WednesdaySaturday (4 days) and MondaySaturday (6 days). Routes start at 9 AM and continue until all packages are delivered. Average workdays are 810 hours.
