The Job
Youll deliver packages on rural in-town and business routes in Elko and Spring Creek. Routes range from 20 stops over 500 miles to 150 stops over 40 miles and daily mileage ranges from 40 to 200 miles. Youll load and unload packages and work in all weather conditions. The work involves frequent bending lifting and getting in and out of the vehicle with packages weighing up to 150 lbs.
Compensation
- Starting pay: $170 per day
- Pay structure: Flat daily rate
- Stop bonus: Available for stops over 100 on most routes
- Christmas bonus: Available
- Training pay: $170 per day for 5 days

Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Valid drivers license with a clean Motor Vehicle Report
- Must pass a background check and drug test
- Must pass a DOT physical
- Lift packages up to 150 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation
- Work in all weather conditions
- Use GPS to complete deliveries accurately
- No CDL required

Schedule
5 days a week with split days off. During the Christmas season drivers are required to work 6 days a week.
Start at 7 AM or 9 AM and work until route completion. The average workday is 79 hours. Home every day.
