Swan And Associates Incorporated is seeking reliable and responsible Delivery Drivers who are committed to safe timely deliveries and exceptional customer service. We provide paid training and opportunities to build a long-term career while working independently in a fast-paced delivery environment.
Our terminal is located at 520 Commander Shea Boulevard Quincy MA 02171.
Pay & Benefits:
- Weekly pay
- Pay:- $22.50 and $23.50/Hour

Schedule:
- Full-Time: 5 days per week including one weekend day
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a company-provided delivery vehicle
- Load unload and deliver packages to designated locations
- Ensure timely and accurate package deliveries
- Plan and follow efficient delivery routes while complying with traffic laws and safety regulations
- Verify package accuracy and maintain required delivery documentation
- Provide professional and courteous customer service
- Communicate with dispatch regarding delivery schedules delays or issues
- Maintain the cleanliness of the delivery vehicle
- Report vehicle malfunctions accidents or traffic violations promptly
- Follow company delivery and safety policies
- Represent the company professionally at all times
Required Qualifications:
- Age 21 or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Ability to lift packages up to 150 lbs. including bending lifting and maneuvering packages in and out of the delivery vehicle
- Strong knowledge of traffic laws and safety regulations
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- Prior courier or delivery experience is a plus
- No CDL required
