The Job
Youll deliver FedEx Ground packages to homes and businesses on city and rural routes in the Gallatin Bethpage Westmoreland and Castilian Springs areas. Routes average 130 stops and 65 miles per day with an average 10-hour day that continues until all packages are delivered. Youll operate a company-provided delivery vehicle use GPS and load and unload packages. The work involves frequent bending and lifting with or without reasonable accommodation.
Compensation
- Starting pay: $180 per day
- Pay for drivers with FedEx experience: Up to $200 per day
- Pay structure: Flat daily rate
- Training pay: $100 per day for five days
- Quarterly bonuses: Available
- Pay frequency: Weekly on Friday
- Expected weekly starting pay: $900 (5-day schedule)
- Expected weekly pay for FedEx-experienced drivers: Up to $1000 (5-day schedule)

Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Valid drivers license with a clean Motor Vehicle Report
- F endorsement is mandatory

- Work in all weather conditions
- Use GPS to complete deliveries accurately
- No CDL required

Schedule
Five-day schedules: MondayFriday TuesdaySaturday or WednesdaySunday. Routes start at 7:30 AM and continue until route completion; the average day is 10 hours.
