Job Summary

Overview

Must be enrolled as a student at Methodist College to be considered for this position.

To provide assistance to the Admissions and Recruitment team with the enrolment of new students.

Responsibilities

All Federal Work Study employees are required to complete 5 hours of communication service during the Fall and Spring the Admissions Communication Plan through the sending of letters admissions packets e-mails as a back-up receptionist for the Student Services phones e-mails and assist internal and external MC in the planning and execution of Admissions events and New Student applicant file with the scholarship awarding process through data entry and special clerical duties as assigned or effectively with students staff faculty and external clients of effectively and courteously with culturally diverse accurate information to recipients.

Salary Range

The compensation range for this position is $15per hour - $24.32per hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidates experience qualifications location training licenses shifts worked and compensation model.
