F&B Club Floor Attendant

Oak & Laurel at The Hoya Hotel at Georgetown is looking for a warm energetic Food & Beverage Attendant to help create memorable dining experiences. Youll often be the first face our guests see welcoming them managing seating and flow and setting the tone for their meal. This is a versatile cross-trained role: depending on the shift youll also support our servers keep the dining room looking its best and pitch in across hotel food and beverage operations. If you like variety teamwork and staying on your feet this is a great fit.

What Youll Do

• Greet and seat guests with genuine hospitality and manage reservations wait lists and dining room flow
• Support servers with beverage service food delivery water refills and guest requests
• Clear sanitize and reset tables quickly so the dining room runs smoothly
• Keep service stations stocked with glassware silverware menus napkins and supplies
• Complete opening running and closing side work
• Help out in banquets room service or other hotel F&B areas when business calls for it

What Were Looking For

• A guest-first attitude and strong communication skills
• Adaptability and willingness to learn multiple roles (host server assistant dining room attendant)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced restaurant setting
• Flexible availability including evenings weekends and holidays
• Ability to stand and walk for a full shift bend and reach regularly and lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently (occasionally more)
• Restaurant or hospitality experience is a plus but well train the right person
