Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individuals relevant knowledge skills and experience. Responsible for providing prompt friendly and courteous cashier service to our guests.

Essential Functions

- Supply guests with information on services available on property.

- Assist the guests in any way possible and direct guests to tables.

- Ensure proper cash handling for all transactions.

- Ensure guests in each station are being properly attended.

- Maintain knowledge of current hotel & casino activities beverage outlets and operations.

- Utilize proper procedures and documentation for transactions.

- Comply with all health and safety standards.

- Comply with company policies procedures rules regulations and be available to work on a regular basis.

- Ensure that Superior Guest Service levels are met according to Standard Operating Procedures.

- May have to access gaming systems.

- Attend meetings as scheduled.

- Other job-related duties as assigned.

Requires excellent communication and guest service skills

- Requires cash handling experience and basic math ability

- Some knowledge of food service procedures

- Ability to deal courteously and tactfully with the public

- Ability to understand and comply with all company and departmental rules and regulations policies and procedures

- Ability to read write and communicate verbally in English
