Family Vacation Specialist

Help families create memorable vacations without the stress of handling every detail on their own. As a Family Vacation Specialist youll assist parents and families with researching destinations comparing vacation options coordinating reservations and organizing travel details from the early planning stages through departure.

You may help plan family cruises resort vacations theme park trips beach getaways and other family-focused experiences. No previous travel industry experience is required as training and ongoing support are provided.

Responsibilities

* Research family-friendly destinations resorts cruises accommodations and activities

* Learn about each familys travel preferences needs ages and budget

* Recommend vacation options based on the clients priorities

* Coordinate accommodations transportation excursions and activities

* Assist with reservations payments travel documents and important deadlines

* Keep client and reservation information organized and accurate

* Maintain professional communication throughout the planning process

* Assist clients with questions and reservation changes when needed

Qualifications

* Strong communication and customer service skills

* Comfortable researching and comparing travel options

* Able to work independently in a remote environment
