The Position
The Family Physician will provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages in an outpatient setting.

Schedule
- Monday through Friday
- 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- No Evenings
- No Weekends
- Outpatient Only
Responsibilities
- 20 Patients Per Day
- Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients across the lifespan
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions
- Perform preventive care annual wellness exams and routine screenings
- Manage chronic diseases such as diabetes hypertension and asthma
- Educate patients on disease prevention health maintenance and lifestyle modifications
- Coordinate care with specialists and other healthcare providers as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation utilizing eClinicalWorks (eCW)
Requirements
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
- Active Texas Medical License or ability to obtain
- Active DEA Registration or ability to obtain
