Job/Practice Description: Family Medicine PA/NP

• Full-time
• Schedule: Monday Wednesday Thursday Friday availability needed between 7:00 AM5:00 PM (shift hours vary based on practice needs)
• 4-day workweek
• Provide high-quality patient-centered care in a cost-effective efficient compassionate manner
• Evaluate diagnose treat and manage patients within scope of practice exercising sound clinical judgment
• Maintain efficient patient scheduling while meeting productivity expectations
• Ensure accurate documentation diagnostic and CPT coding and appropriate use of ancillary services and specialty consultations
• Participate in meetings committees and quality improvement initiatives
• Use of EHR systems and standard medical office technology

Requirements:

• Graduate of a nationally recognized PA or NP training program
• NC licensure required; certification preferred
• 13 years of experience preferred
• Influenza vaccine required as a condition of employment
• Strong clinical judgment documentation and communication skills
