A well-established medical practice in Ocala Florida is seeking a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join its primary care team.

• Provide comprehensive primary care to patients across various age groups.
• Conduct patient histories physical examinations and health assessments.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor patient progress.
• Prescribe medications and treatments within the scope of practice.
• Order review and interpret laboratory and diagnostic studies.
• Provide preventive healthcare wellness counseling and patient education.
• Manage chronic conditions and promote appropriate follow-up care.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians nurses and other healthcare professionals.

• Masters degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
• Board Certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
• Active Florida APRN license or eligibility for licensure.
• DEA registration or eligibility to obtain one.
• Previous Family Medicine Primary Care or outpatient experience preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
