Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $114000$120000 based on experience
$5000 sign-on/retention bonus
ICHRA medical contribution of $200$705 per month based on age
Dental insurance: $17.50 per pay period for employee-only coverage
Vision insurance: $3.30 per pay period for employee-only coverage
28 days of PTO plus 7 paid holidays
CME allowance of $1500
403(b) with employer contribution and match
New Hampshire license and DEA renewal covered
NHSC and SLRP student loan repayment eligibility
