Youll step into an outpatient role providing comprehensive primary care across the lifespan. Youll manage preventive acute and chronic care while working within a collaborative multidisciplinary environment focused on serving the community.

32 patient-facing hours plus 8 protected administrative hours weekly
Minimum workload of 2 patients per clinical hour
Limited call approximately one weekend every 8 weeks with additional stipend

What makes you a great fit
You are an ANCC- or AANP-certified Family Nurse Practitioner or a new graduate on the certification pathway
You hold or can obtain Massachusetts NP licensure
Youre comfortable providing primary care across the lifespan
You value continuity prevention and team-based care
Experienced FNPs and new graduates are welcome

Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $104500$120000
