About this role -Family Medicine Physician

• Outpatient Family Medicine
• Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM
• Provide comprehensive patient-centered primary care in an outpatient setting while serving as a clinical resource for advanced practice providers nursing staff residents students and other members of the interdisciplinary care team

Background Desired -Family Medicine Physician

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine. If Board Eligible certification to be obtained within (3) years of employment
• Current and valid DEA Registration Certificate
• Active Florida state licensure or pending
