Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care services for pediatric adult and geriatric patients.
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions.
- Perform preventive health screenings and annual wellness examinations.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and coordinate specialty referrals when appropriate.
- Educate patients regarding disease prevention medications nutrition and healthy lifestyles.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical team meetings.
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
- Eligible for unrestricted Ohio medical licensure.
- Strong diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Commitment to patient-centered evidence-based care.
