Family Law Partner

A fully remote California family law practice is seeking an experienced partner to handle sophisticated high-net-worth matters. You will work collaboratively with a supportive team while building and serving your own client base.

• Represent clients in complex family law matters involving substantial estates business interests and digital assets.
• Lead litigation and trial work including drafting motions and declarations.
• Develop and maintain a book of business while prioritizing clients best interests.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues in a team-based practice.

• At least 10 years of California family law experience and active membership in the California Bar.
• Certified Family Law Specialist designation and a JD from an accredited US law school.
• Experience representing high-net-worth clients and handling complex asset division including businesses and cryptocurrency.
• An established book of business generating approximately $500000 annually.
• Strong trial litigation and legal writing skills.
• Experience working as part of a legal team with a collaborative and client-focused approach.
• Experience in Marin County and participation in local bar associations or AAML are valued.
• US citizenship or permanent residency is required.

Base salary is $300000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.
