Location: This is a primarily on-site opportunity based in Fleming Island Florida offering the flexibility for occasional remote work when appropriate while maintaining performance expectations. Relocation assistance may be considered for exceptional candidates.

Note: To be considered candidates must be an active member of The Florida Bar in good standing with 2 years of family law litigation experience the ability to independently manage a family law caseload and strong courtroom drafting negotiation and client relationship skills. Job Description

• Independently manage a family law litigation caseload from start to finish.
• Represent clients in divorce child custody child support paternity alimony and post-judgment matters.
• Prepare pleadings motions legal memoranda and settlement agreements.
• Conduct hearings mediations depositions and trials.
• Develop legal strategies tailored to each clients goals.
• Negotiate favorable settlements while preparing every case for litigation when necessary.
• Maintain strong communication with clients throughout the legal process.
• Collaborate with attorneys paralegals and legal assistants to deliver outstanding client service.
• Build trusted client relationships through professionalism responsiveness and compassion.
• Contribute to a positive team culture and support the firms continued growth.

Qualifications

• Active Florida Bar license in good standing.
• 2 years of family law litigation experience.
• Ability to independently manage a family law caseload.
• Strong courtroom litigation negotiation and legal writing skills.
• Excellent communication and client relationship abilities.
• Organized with strong time management skills.
• Professional collaborative and growth-oriented mindset.
• Long-term commitment to building a career with a growing firm.
• Solo practice attorneys with substantial family law experience are encouraged to apply.
