Job Summary
Analyzescircuits and topologies to identify marginal failureroot causes.
PerformsFailureAnalysisfor customersand suppliers as required.
Develops maintains and improves alltroubleshooting solutionswithin area or responsibility.
Drives recovery actions/repairsof the Test process Failure Inventory.
Consistently reviews quality yields and develops corrective actions to eliminate any yield detractors further improves the process and product reliability. Works with the Quality Engineer to determine if field/box line data indicates a need for process/product improvement.
Assists with the fabrication and development of new equipment fixtures and test programs.
Assists engineering and the development labs with all new product introduction and development.
Supportsand facilitatesDebug or Technicaltrainingprocess.
Drives recovery actions/repairsof any test or burn-in process that is down.
Sets-up the Test Equipment.
Troubleshoots/debugs at multiple system levels the DGI escalated to FA.
Performsand doesthe Reports and indicators assigned to the Failure Analysisand Test Process.
Improvesthe Failure AnalysisProcedure.
Followsinstructions for all the operations involved in the Test process.
