About the role
We are seeking a highly experienced Factory / Plant Manager to oversee and manage overall plant operations at our Arlington TX Electronics manufacturing facility producing Microinverters and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).
The role includes Senior-Manager level responsibilities such as operational planning cross-functional coordination performance management and continuous improvement.

What you will do
- Own plant KPIs related to safety quality delivery cost and productivity
- Plan and execute production schedules to meet business targets
- Oversee SMT PCB assembly electronics assembly battery pack assembly testing and final integration
- Lead cross-functional coordination with Production Quality Maintenance and Supply Chain
- Drive Lean manufacturing 5S Kaizen and productivity improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 EHS ESD and battery safety standards
- Lead internal customer and regulatory audits
- Monitor OEE yield downtime scrap and rework; implement corrective actions
- Lead mentor and develop supervisors engineers and shop-floor teams
- Act as plant-in-charge in the absence of the General Manager
Who you are and What you bring
- Bachelors degree in electrical Electronics Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
- 1015 years of experience in electronics or power electronics manufacturing
- Strong exposure to SMT electronics assembly and testing processes
- Experience with inverters microinverters UPS EV chargers or battery systems preferred
- Prior experience as Plant Manager/ Production Manager / Operations Manager / Deputy Plant Manager roles is an advantage

The base salary range for this position is $130000 to $183000 and may vary based on experience skills and location. Thispositionis also eligible for bonus equity and benefits with final compensation determinedin accordance withapplicable laws and internal equity.
