Job Summary
The Opportunity:
Join a missiondriven security team protecting sensitive Government information across multiple DoD and Intelligence Community this role you will:
Support facility and program security operations as a Facility Security Officer / Contractor Special Security Officer.
Execute security requirements that protect personnel facilities and classified information.
Serve as the central point of contact for security compliance clearance processing and facility coordination.

Responsibilities:
Administer personnel security processes including clearance verification visit certifications indoctrinations and debriefings.
Maintain and process security clearance documentation across multiple Government contracts and subcontracts.
Conduct initial annual and refresher security briefings and develop security education programs.
Manage daily security operations including access control alarm response badge issuance and physical security requirements.
Process incoming and outgoing classified documents materials and classified visits using DISS or customerspecific systems.
Review SF86 forms for accuracy track badge expirations and prepare required security documentation (reinstatements crossovers nomination letters CPRLs RFAs XOBs JAFAN formats).
Provide guidance to employees and subcontractors on personnel security matters.
Conduct annual security selfreviews and manage corrective actions.
Provide training and familiarization on secure equipment (STEs shredders intrusion detection devices access control systems).
Facility Management Duties:
Coordinate building maintenance by scheduling inspections servicing and repairs with licensed professionals.
Serve as the primary liaison with building management for security maintenance operational needs and emergency coordination.
Plan and coordinate onsite events meetings and facilityrelated activities including visitor access and logistics.
Monitor daily building conditions identify issues and elevate concerns appropriately.
Support physical space planning office configuration needs and readiness of facility resources.
Qualifications:
Required:
Working knowledge of DoD/IC SCIF operations NISPOM personnel security procedures and industrial security standards.
Strong understanding of DISS Scattered Castles and personnel security systems.
Ability to prioritize multitask and manage sensitive information with confidentiality.
Customerservice oriented with strong communication and teamwork skills.
Clearance
Active TS/SCI clearance required; must consent to participation in Governmentsponsored CI polygraph program.
Experience
3 years of related DoD Intelligence Community or industrial security experience.
Experience functioning as an FSO CSSO Personnel Security Assistant or similar security professional.
Experience supporting facility operations or serving as a building liaison is preferred.
Education
High School diploma required.
Desired:
Experience supporting Personnel Security Assistance or Assistant FSO responsibilities across multiple clients.
NCMS Industrial Security Professional (ISP) certification.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Experience working in SAP or SCI program security environments.
