Job Summary
Primary Purpose Of Position
Responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of Housing Operations Facilities.
Minimum Qualifications
Graduation from high school or equivalent. Experience in the trade(s) areas related to the positions role may be substituted on a year-for-year basis. Preferred Qualifications
Journey-Level experience with carpentry plumbing electrical Experience with locks (commercial) Locksmith License Experience with restoration work Strong written communication in application materials Experience with work order system Multiple years experience in building and mechanical trades Experience working around and with college students
