Facilities Technician

Were looking for an experienced Facilities Technician to join a professional facilities team in Southlake TX. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who enjoys troubleshooting keeping buildings running smoothly and tackling a variety of maintenance needs.

Monitor assigned facilities to ensure they remain safe secure clean and fully operational. Troubleshoot and perform maintenance on power HVAC systems and controls mechanical equipment plumbing lighting and general building systems.

Youll also handle preventative maintenance carpentry furniture and equipment moves lighting replacements and coordination with outside vendors. This role is ideal for someone who can work independently solve problems quickly and take pride in keeping a facility operating at its best.

MondayFriday 8:00 AM5:00 PM

Some after-hours activity may be required based on operational needs. Technicians will participate in a rotational on-call schedule which may include occasional weekend calls.

High school diploma or GED required

24 years of facilities or building maintenance experience

Hands-on knowledge of mechanical systems tools and equipment

Experience with HVAC systems and controls

Basic electrical and power troubleshooting

Plumbing and carpentry experience

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

Professional communication and interpersonal skills

Candidates should be prepared for at least two interviews as part of the selection process.
