POSITION SUMMARY: We are seeking an experienced Facilities Support On-Site Manager to oversee the daily management and execution of a federal facilities support services contract. As the primary point of contact for the Governments Contracting Officers Representative (COR) you will provide operational leadership ensure contract compliance and manage a diverse team delivering high-quality administrative and facility support services.

POSITION SUMMARY: We are seeking an experienced Facilities Support On-Site Manager to oversee the daily management and execution of a federal facilities support services contract. As the primary point of contact for the Governments Contracting Officers Representative (COR) you will provide operational leadership ensure contract compliance and manage a diverse team delivering high-quality administrative and facility support services.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary on-site liaison between the Government and the contractor.
- Direct and oversee all contract operations to ensure timely high-quality service delivery.
- Supervise personnel supporting multiple functional areas including:
- Mail operations
- Conference room setup and support
- Copy and print production
- Graphics support services
- Personal property management
- General operations support
- Fleet vehicle support
- Monitor contract performance and ensure compliance with all contractual requirements.
- Develop maintain and report operational and performance metrics to Government stakeholders.
- Coordinate staffing scheduling quality assurance and continuous process improvements.
- Provide leadership guidance and performance management to on-site personnel.
- Work collaboratively with the COR CO and other Government representatives to resolve issues and support mission requirements.
To be considered candidates must meet the following minimum qualifications:
- Minimum five (5) years of experience managing personnel performing comprehensive facilities support services including mail operations conference room support copy/print production graphics support personal property management operations support and fleet vehicle support.
- Demonstrated experience managing day-to-day operations for a federal or similarly complex facilities support services contract.
- Proven ability to manage track analyze and report operational and performance metrics.
- Experience successfully managing support service contracts for federal facilities of comparable size and complexity.
- Excellent organizational leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to effectively coordinate with Government personnel and lead multiple support functions simultaneously.
- Experience supporting Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) or other federal civilian agencies.
- Strong knowledge of federal contract performance requirements and quality assurance practices.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary support service teams in a government environment.
