What you need to be successful

  • Bachelors degree in Construction Management Civil Engineering or Architecture. Related degrees with relevant experience will be considered.

  • Minimum 5 years of construction management experience.

  • Familiarity with project delivery methods including Design-Bid-Build and Design-Build.

  • Knowledge of construction safety standards and regulatory compliance requirements and strong commitment to quality safety and ethical practices

This position is fully onsite and will require travel to facilities within the Dallas/ Fort Worth area based on business needs and project requirements with occasional travel to other facilities as necessary.

Facilities

Bring your ideas and experience to oversee constructions projects from inception to completion. Youll partner closely with cross-functional teams including operations engineering and external contracts to ensure seamless project execution. This role is instrumental to ensure our projects align with Bells objectives budget and schedule contributing to our overall success and growth.

What youll be doing as a Facilities Project Manager

  • Project Oversight: Manage all aspects of Bell facilities projects including planning design construction scheduling budgeting and quality control.

  • Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with architects engineers contractors and internal stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.

  • Design & Construction Management: Oversee project execution monitor progress and manage project schedules to ensure timely delivery.

  • Cost Management: Review and approve budgets cost estimates and change orders; ensure cost control measures are in place.

  • Contract Administration: Assist in drafting reviewing and managing contracts with architects engineers and contractors.

  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impacts on the project.

  • Compliance and Safety: Ensure adherence to local state and federal regulations as well as Bell health and safety standards.

  • Reporting: Provide regular project updates to senior management including status reports on schedule budget and key milestones.

  • Problem Solving: Address project challenges promptly working with all parties to resolve issues effectively and maintain progress
