Facilities Manager-Healthcare

Were seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to lead facility and plant operations while ensuring safety compliance performance and service excellence. This is a leadership role for a hands-on professional who knows how to manage people budgets vendors maintenance programs and critical building operations.

As the Facilities Manager youll serve as a key point of contact for day-to-day facility management and work closely with regional and account leadership to deliver reliable high-quality operations.

Lead coach and develop a team of maintenance and plant operations professionals while driving accountability and performance.

Oversee maintenance engineering CMMS/work order safety regulatory compliance quality and operational programs.

Manage operational facility spending budgets financial reporting and performance while identifying opportunities for greater efficiency.

Monitor KPIs and SLAs identify performance trends and develop action plans to address gaps.

Oversee maintenance projects contractors and vendors supporting critical facility operations.

Ensure team members are properly trained in maintenance procedures safety practices and facility standards.

Maintain compliance with applicable federal state and local regulations including life safety hazardous materials security safety and waste management requirements.

Create and maintain a safe work environment by ensuring proper safety procedures protective equipment and work practices are followed.

Provide leadership and oversight during normal business hours and support after-hours or weekend vendor and operational needs when required.

5 years of experience in facilities management plant operations engineering or maintenance supervision

Proven management experience with budget and personnel responsibilities

Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage both technical and administrative teams

Experience working within complex or matrixed organizations

Strong knowledge of facility maintenance engineering operations and regulatory compliance

Experience with CMMS/work order systems

Strong financial organizational and problem-solving skills

Excellent verbal and written communication

Strong presentation and leadership skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and SharePoint

Degree in engineering or a related field formal apprenticeship or technical trade school

Experience overseeing multiple facilities or complex operations

Professional facility management or maintenance certifications such as CFM CHFM CPMM or similar
