• Pay: $77000.00-$120000.00/year
  

Facilities Management Director Opportunity:

• Full-time direct hire position
  
• Schedule: Monday-Friday 8a-5p
  
• Setting: Inpatient Hospital
  
• The Facilities Management Director will ensure that the hospital and satellite clinics adhere to Joint Commission standards and regulatory requirements as well as oversee the development of safety meetings
  
• Coordinate preventative maintenance programs and establish equipment manufacturer relationships for systems such as chillers steam boilers hydraulics building controls electrical and air handlers

Facilities Management Director Requirements:

• 5 years of facility equipment experience in hospital/healthcare maintenance is required
  
• 5 years of leadership/management experience is required
  
• CHFM and/or bachelors degree is preferred
