Acero Precision is seeking a hands-on Facilities Maintenance Technicianto maintain the cleanliness organization appearance and general condition of our CNC machining and production floor while also supporting building maintenance and facility improvement projects.

Why Youll Do

• Perform carpentry framing drywall installation/repair painting caulking trim work and general construction repairs.
• Maintain and clean the CNC machining and production floor including machines equipment floors work areas and surrounding spaces.
• Remove chips debris dust and other production materials to keep the manufacturing environment clean and organized.
• Maintain workstations storage areas maintenance areas and common spaces.
• Perform general building repairs and maintenance including walls ceilings doors flooring and other building components.
• Perform basic plumbing and electrical repairs.
• Assist with basic HVAC maintenance and facility improvement projects.
• Install and repair shelving workstations partitions and other facility structures.
• Operate hand tools power tools ladders and maintenance equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2-5 years of experience in building maintenance facility maintenance construction carpentry or a related trade.
• Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred.
• Experience with carpentry drywall painting and general building repairs.
• Basic plumbing and electrical experience.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple maintenance needs.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work throughout the shift.
