As a Facilities Maintenance Specialist I you will help maintain a safe dependable and welcoming environment where children receive care families find support and associates serve our growing community.

Located in Orlando the hospital provides emergency inpatient surgical and specialty pediatric services. Join a team committed to supporting children and families across Central Florida through exceptional care and service.

• Complete preventive corrective and emergency maintenance work orders.
• Troubleshoot basic electrical mechanical HVAC plumbing lighting and structural issues.
• Perform minor carpentry painting and wall repairs.
• Inspect and maintain facility equipment and emergency systems.
• Support fire life-safety and regulatory compliance activities.
• Maintain safe work areas and collaborate with facilities team members.

• High school diploma required.
• Less than one year of relevant experience.
• Basic Life Support certification required.
• Basic maintenance troubleshooting and safety knowledge.
• Ability to climb ladders work in confined spaces perform physical work and occasionally lift more than 50 pounds.
• Ability to work 2nd shift Monday - Friday and other times as needed.
