Schedule: Tuesday-Thursday: 10:30 AM-6:30 PM Friday: 12:00 PM-8:00 PM Saturday: 8:00 AM-4:00 PM (Saturday availability required)

What Youll Do

• Perform general building maintenance and minor repairs.

• Conduct routine facility inspections and address maintenance or safety concerns.

• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the building grounds and outdoor spaces.

• Set up and tear down rooms for meetings events and special programs.

• Assist with furniture arrangement audiovisual equipment and event support.

• Perform custodial duties including sweeping mopping vacuuming trash removal and restocking supplies.

• Coordinate with outside vendors and contractors as needed.

• Organize storage areas and maintain supplies linens and equipment.

• Care for indoor plants and assist with outdoor gardens and volunteer projects.

• Help ensure the facility remains safe clean secure and welcoming for staff and visitors.

Qualifications

• Seven or more years of experience in facilities maintenance building operations property maintenance or a related field preferred.

• Experience performing general maintenance and light repairs.

• Ability to support events and adapt to changing priorities.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a team.

• Experience working with outside vendors and contractors is a plus.

• Ability to lift move and arrange furniture and equipment as needed.

• Reliable proactive and committed to providing excellent service.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive hourly pay with a target rate of up to $25.00/hour based on experience. Our client is willing to consider a higher rate for an exceptional candidate.
