Schedule: Tuesday-Thursday: 10:30 AM-6:30 PM Friday: 12:00 PM-8:00 PM Saturday: 8:00 AM-4:00 PM (Saturday availability required)

Were partnering with a well-established nonprofit organization seeking a dependable hands-on Facilities Maintenance & Operations Coordinator to help maintain a beautiful community facility. What Youll Do
Perform general building maintenance and minor repairs.
Conduct routine facility inspections and address maintenance or safety concerns.
Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the building grounds and outdoor spaces.
Set up and tear down rooms for meetings events and special programs.
Assist with furniture arrangement audiovisual equipment and event support.
Perform custodial duties including sweeping mopping vacuuming trash removal and restocking supplies.
Coordinate with outside vendors and contractors as needed.
Organize storage areas and maintain supplies linens and equipment.
Care for indoor plants and assist with outdoor gardens and volunteer projects.
Help ensure the facility remains safe clean secure and welcoming for staff and visitors.
Qualifications
Seven or more years of experience in facilities maintenance building operations property maintenance or a related field preferred.
Experience performing general maintenance and light repairs.
Ability to support events and adapt to changing priorities.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a team.
Experience working with outside vendors and contractors is a plus.
Ability to lift move and arrange furniture and equipment as needed.
Reliable proactive and committed to providing excellent service.
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive hourly pay with a target rate of up to $25.00/hour based on experience. Our client is willing to consider a higher rate for an exceptional candidate.
