Job Summary
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities maintenance operations including mechanical electrical and plumbing systems. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a maintenance supervision or managerial role Demonstrated ability to manage/coordinate multiple projects simultaneously. Knowledge of budgeting and financial management in a maintenance context. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
Proficiency with computerized maintenance management systems ( CMMS ) Microsoft Office and Google Suites. Proficiency with building automation system controls Experience with large HVAC replacement and retrocommissioning projects Experience in hiring and firing & contract negotiation
