Job Title: Facilities Technician

Location: Dallas / Hiram / Powder Springs GA

Shift: Monday Friday 3:00 PM 12:00 AM

Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Facilities Technician to manage the overall upkeep repair and operational efficiency of our local facility and specialized equipment. This role is essential in maintaining a safe functional environment for our staff and distributors through proactive maintenance and timely repairs.

Core Responsibilities

• Preventative Maintenance: Perform routine inspections and servicing of critical systems (HVAC electrical and plumbing) to prevent failure and minimize downtime.

• Facility Repairs: Execute skilled and semi-skilled repairs including carpentry painting drywall and floor maintenance.

• Equipment Upkeep: Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues with facility-related machinery such as compressors pumps and motors.

• Vendor Coordination: Oversee outside contractors for major specialized repairs or services (e.g. landscaping).

• Grounds & Safety: Maintain clean and safe interior/exterior areas perform security checks and strictly adhere to OSHA safety standards.

Key Requirements

• Experience: 15 years of hands-on experience in building trades or industrial maintenance.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency with hand/power tools and the ability to diagnose mechanical or electrical malfunctions.

• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand walk and climb ladders for extended periods; must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Certifications: HVAC (EPA Universal) electrical or forklift certifications are preferred but not mandatory.

Compliance & Gear

• Safety: Steel-toed boots are required at all times.

• Screening: Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check and drug test prior to employment
