Facilities Level 1

Position Summary:

Level One Under supervision perform moderate plumbing and general facilities tasks such as removing sinks toilets repairing doors replacing light bulbs painting and cleaning as necessary etc.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

• Operate forklift.
• Handle hazardous materials/waste.
• Perform service and repair maintenance.
• Interact and communicate with production on status and completion of jobs.

Required Skills:

• Knowledgeable of basic hand tools (wrenches etc.) basic handheld power tools (saws drills etc.) and bench mounted power tools (grinders sanders)
• Read/write English.
• Forklift certification a plus
• Basic Mechanical/maintenance skills

Experience & Education

• High school/GED preferred but not required; or 2-4 years of experience; Preferred manufacturing environment experience.
