Facilities Coordinator – Temporary

Nesco Resource is seeking a dependable Facilities Coordinator for a temporary assignment with a well-established company in Lakeland FL. This position will provide general facilities cleaning and maintenance support while a team member is on leave.

Schedule: MondayFriday 9:00 AM5:30 PM
Lunch: 30-minute unpaid lunch
Pay Rate: $16.00/hour
Assignment: Approximately 4 weeks through early November
Training: No specialized training required

• Assist with general facility upkeep and maintenance
• Perform routine cleaning and housekeeping duties throughout the facility
• Help maintain clean safe and organized work areas
• Assist with basic facility-related tasks and minor maintenance needs
• Report maintenance or facility issues to the appropriate team members
• Support the Facilities team with daily tasks and projects
• Follow all company safety and cleanliness procedures
• Perform other general facilities duties as assigned

• Reliable and dependable attendance
• Comfortable performing cleaning and general maintenance tasks
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
• Previous facilities janitorial maintenance warehouse or general labor experience is a plus but not required
• Must be able to stand walk bend reach and perform physical tasks throughout the workday
