Job Summary
The FF&E Coordinator supports the Facilities team by coordinating furniture equipment office moves maintenance and day-to-day facility needs across the firm.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate routine maintenance and repairs for building systems as needed.
- Coordinate with external vendors for the ordering delivery and installation of furniture equipment and appliances.
- Coordinate office moves following the completion of buildouts.
- Assist with day-to-day facility-related requests and needs.
Qualifications
- Organization:Ability to manage multiple facility requests repairs and projects simultaneously while staying organized and meeting deadlines.
- Communication:Strong verbal and written communication skills with employees management and external vendors.
- Problem Solving:Ability to respond to facility issues and help coordinate solutions with minimal disruption to business operations.
- Teamwork & Initiative:Ability to work collaboratively with others take initiative and follow through on assigned tasks.
- Computer Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft Teams Outlook and Excel.
