Facilities Coordinator

As a Facilities Coordinator you will:

• Manage the work order process taking maintenance request calls initiate work requests manage open work order and follow up on incomplete work
• Manage the move-in and move out process anything facility related and inspect and clear apartments to be move in ready
• Coordinate with Sales/Transition team team members and care providers to ensure the best possible transition/move for new residents
• Perform data entry functions for accounts payable and other data as needed
• Provide administrative support to the Director of Environmental Services
• Order maintenance laundry and housekeeping supplies

Open Shifts Available:

• Day Shift: FT M-F 8am 4:30pm

Qualifications:

• Two plus years progressive work experience in administrative/executive office work
• Demonstrated experience in MS products of Word and Excel
