Job Summary:
TheFacilities Associate willbe responsible forensuringthe daily guest readiness and safety of the Lodge. Duties include ensuring that all public spaces are clean and guest ready driving the shuttle completing maintenance requests and working through the preventive maintenance program for the Lodge.
The Details:
Position Type: Seasonal
Season Dates: October 2026 - April 2027
Pay: $18.85/hr
Schedule: Typical schedule is 40 hours 5 days per week (may include weekends evenings and holidays)
Housing: Employee housing is not available

- Clean andmaintainLodgesexterior spaces (parking lot patio sidewalks) and interiorcommon areasincluding lobby hallways public bathrooms fitness roomentry ways and stairways.
- Empty outside and public trash receptaclesand remove trash from all departments in the Lodge.
- Daily pool and spa checks cleaning and otherpool and spa maintenancein accordance withState Health Department standards.
- Completing all work ina timelyand professional manner andin accordance withapplicable laws and the best use of resources.
- Responsible for driving the shuttle throughout theshiftmay sometimes require schedule adjustments due to travel delays or cancellations.
- Maintain a safe and clean facility indoors and outdoors. Be familiar with andcomply withLodge safety protocols.
- Assistswithsetup tear down and cleaning of conference center for events when needed.
- Assistswith preventative maintenance on all maintenance tools and equipment.
- Assistswith preventative maintenance of all rooms andcommon areasby ensuring all furniture appliances and electrical equipment such as TVs refrigerators and light fixtures are in working order following the established PM program.
- Basic repairsincludeplumbingelectricalHVACventilationfurnishingsfixtures paintingdrywall repairslight carpentrydoorand window repairs.
- Reports any safety issues/concernsimmediatelyto Facility SupervisorandLocation Manager.
- Snow and Ice removal as needed spreadingice melt shoveling andsnowplowing.
- Supports hotel departmental maintenance programs and executes daily weeklymonthlysemi-annualand annualchecklists as assigned by the Facilities Supervisor.
- Always offer courteous and sincere hospitality. Understand what is meant by exceptional guest serviceproviding guests with uniform consistent efficient courteous high-quality service.
- Unloading delivering andorganizing lodge orders for various departments.
- Conducting inventory tasks as assigned.
- Responsible for adhering to XanterrasEcologixprogram.
- Support andassistin other departments as needed.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
- Knowledgeable in the following areas and the ability to use tools and equipment common to the trade:
- Heating & Electric Plumbing and Carpentry.
- Previouspool and spa maintenance experience preferred.
- Able toidentifythe scope of work todetermineif specialized skills of the various crafts areto the job professionally.
- Must be comfortable using a computer and familiar with Windows OutlookWordand Excel. Email is used for a large part of communication throughout the Lodge and company.
- Comply withall current related safety and health requirements.
- Able to read understand andcomply withall current company policies and procedures.
- Ability to provide courteous and sincere hospitality. Understand what is meant by exceptional guest serviceproviding guests with uniform consistent efficient courteous high-quality service.
- Mustpossessa current valid drivers license that can pass a driving historycheck and Department of Transportation Physical.
- DOT pre-employment and periodic drug testing will be.
Physical Requirements include:
- This position may require the use of respiratory protection and will require compliance with applicable regulations.
- Must be able to walk long distances over uneven terrain and climb stairs and ladders in all types of weather conditions.
- Must be capable of lifting objects weighing up to 70 pounds.
- Mustpossessphysical stamina and condition to withstand heavy labor related work in an outside environment such as snow removal tasks.
- Standing bending kneeling crawlingfor extended periods of time are.
- Minimum age requirement: 21 years
