Facilites Engineering Intern

• Contribute through planning design and modification of facilities assets to support the business functions within including office spaces laboratories and manufacturing areas.
• Apply engineering principles to solve real-world challenges gaining exposure to project management technical documentation and cross-functional collaboration.
• Learn how engineering problem-solving methodology can be applied to complex problems involving infrastructure energy efficiency and sustainability.
• Participate in multiple projects at different stages such as initiation design planning and execution while working alongside experienced engineers and facility managers.
• Be exposed to critical and complex building systems such as chilled water heating water hazardous exhaust electrical distribution specialty gases fire protection and building automation systems.
• Assist in evaluating system performance identifying improvement opportunities and implementing upgrades that enhance safety reliability and operational efficiency.
• Support compliance efforts by helping ensure facility systems meet regulatory standards and internal policies.
• Gain valuable experience in CAD software data analysis and technical reporting to support engineering decisions and communicate project outcomes.

• Pursuing a bachelors in engineering
• Zero (0) years ofrelated experience
• Ability to work full-time (40 hours) per week in-person at a Twin Cities location(Shakopee Chanhassen or Eden Prairie MN)
• Legal authorization to work in the United States

• GPA of 3.0 or above
• Prior internship experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
