Were looking for a motivated Fabricator/Assembler to join our Structures Division in Bow NH. If you enjoy working with your hands reading technical drawings and building high-quality products as part of a skilled team wed like to hear from you.

• Fabricate and assemble aluminum structural components according to engineering specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings.
• Measure cut drill and prepare materials using a variety of electric pneumatic and powered tools including band saws radial saws and upcut saws.
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to safely move materials and finished products.
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company and customer standards.
• Maintain a clean organized and safe work area.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and quality expectations.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Ability to accurately read a tape measure and perform basic calculations.
• Strong math and computer skills.
• Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Previous fabrication assembly manufacturing or construction experience is a plus but not required.
• We are happy to train the right candidate.

• Ability to stand walk bend and lift throughout the workday.
• Ability to lift and move materials safely.
• Ability to work with hand and power tools in a manufacturing environment.
