$20.00$21.00/hour (Night Shift 6% differential) Day Shift: 6:00 AM4:00 PM Night Shift: 4:00 PM2:00 AM Weekly pay every Friday Get at least 10 hours of overtime opportunity for even more depending on production needs At $21.00/hr and 55 hrs/wk for example earn weekly paychecks of $1312.50 gross.

Position Overview
Responsible for the full spectrum of manufacturing activities for PDC (diamond) drill bits including fabrication finishing repair and inspection. Fabricators will learn multiple manufacturing processes and rotate across operational areas as production demands require.

Key Responsibilities

• CNC machining welding and brazing operations
• Grinding plotting and finishing work
• Quality inspection of finished components
• General repair and rework operations
• Furnacing and final clean-up processes

Required Qualifications

• Mechanically inclined with strong work ethic and reliability
• Good communication skills and a positive coachable attitude
• Willing to work required overtime and occasional weekends
• Interested in building a long-term manufacturing career
• Living within a 20-mile radius of The Woodlands TX preferred
