FAA Production Assembler 1

You will help the team produce mechanical and electromechanical assemblies that support critical product this onsite role you will work first shift (MondayFriday 5:00 AM8:00 AM start window) with occasional evening/weekend overtime contributing to consistent production output and safety compliance.

• Perform routine mechanical and electromechanical assembly operations following defined instructions and safety procedures
• Complete a hands-on assessment as part of the interview process and demonstrate the ability to follow coaching and feedback
• Maintain reliable attendance to meet guaranteed hours and production schedules
• Participate in random drug testing and comply with FAA drug screen requirements for this safety-sensitive role

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Consistent excellent attendance and punctuality
• Ability to be coached and follow detailed instructions
• Willingness to complete and pass a hands-on skills assessment

$13.60 - $17.00/hour
