The role of the F135 International Depot Program Manager is one that will use self-initiative and judgment to identify problems and provide planning and guidance for F135 Maintenance Management. You will be responsible for overseeing the programmatic supplier relationship between P&W and the depots respective Product Support Provider (PSP) with respect to meeting all contractual requirements. You will team with other P&W value streams to achieve F135 Program goals.

What You Will Do

• Represent the customer to both the PW and PSP teams supporting the respective depot

• Provide program management direction to a large cross-functional team of experienced team leaders overseeing customer contract requirements to ensure quality and consistency in solving site issues

• Contact key stakeholders to resolve constraints and establish the appropriate improvement plans for contractual performance

• Responsible for maintaining quality and consistency of service by documenting and identifying trends in customer and supplier service needs

• Manage statement of work and optimize strategies to efficiently meet contractual requirements

• Ownership of financial commitments such as Purchase Order placement and invoicing from the PSP and ensure sites contract budgetary needs are communicated and worked with the Control Account Managers

• Review annual cost proposals based on workload for reasonableness and drive negotiation discussions for both the prime contract and with the PSP

• Provide supervisory oversight of the sites Depot Engine Manager

Qualifications You Must Have

• Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering Management or Technical degree

• 10 years of combined program management leadership and/or technical experience or an Advanced degree with 7 years of combined program management leadership and/or technical experience

• 5 years experience with propulsion experience

• The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.(DoD) clearance

• U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

The salary range for this role is 132400 USD - 251600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role function and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience location education/training and key skills.
