Join our team at Tom Wood Honda in Anderson and soon Whitestown IN as a Finance & Insurance Manager where you will play a crucial role in enhancing the dealerships profitability and customer satisfaction by effectively managing the F&I process.

• Manage the entire finance and insurance process ensuring compliance with all legal and company policies.
• Work closely with customers to secure financing by evaluating credit applications and presenting financing options.
• Present and explain financial products including extended warranties insurance and other add-ons.
• Build strong relationships with lenders and insurance providers to offer competitive financing packages.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of all transactions and customer interactions.
• Collaborate with sales and management teams to meet dealership goals and improve customer experience.
• Stay current on financial products regulations and industry trends to provide expert advice.

• Proven experience as an F&I Manager or in a similar role within the automotive industry.
• Strong understanding of financing insurance products and credit analysis.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of applicable state and federal regulations related to auto finance.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
