Exterior Cleaning Technician — Pressure Washing, Windows & Roofs

Most of this job is outdoors. All of it is detail work.
We clean the outside (and some of the inside) of Jacksonvilles nicest homes pressure
washing window cleaning roof cleaning gutter cleaning and chandelier and coach light
cleaning.
Heres the part most job ads leave out: the homeowner is usually standing right there when
you finish. They walk the property with you. They look at the corners. They notice the one
window with a streak in it.
Thats the standard. Every service we perform is a detail clean not a quick pass. If youre the
kind of person who steps back spots the spot everyone else would have walked past and goes
back for it youll do well here and youll move up fast.
If youd rather knock it out and move on this isnt the right fit and wed rather tell you now.
