Manufacturer Training Opportunities
Perform oil and filter changes and other routine maintenance services
Complete thorough multi-point vehicle inspections
Use photos and videos to clearly document vehicle condition and recommended maintenance
Inspect tires brakes fluids filters batteries wipers and other basic maintenance items
Perform tire rotations and other approved express maintenance services
Safely operate lifts power tools machine tools and common hand tools
Communicate vehicle concerns and inspection findings clearly with Service Advisors
Work closely with other technicians and advisors to maintain an efficient workflow
Maintain a clean safe and organized work area
Follow dealership and manufacturer service procedures
Provide a high level of care for every guest vehicle
Complete additional duties as assigned by service department leadership
Interest in automotive maintenance and repair
Willingness and ability to learn new technology service procedures and vehicle specifications
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment
Basic computer and technology skills
Ability to safely operate shop equipment and electronic inspection tools
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Valid drivers license and acceptable driving record
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to stand walk bend kneel and work on your feet for extended periods
Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
Automotive experience is helpful but we are willing to train the right person who is dependable motivated and interested in building a career in the automotive industry.
