Explore Program Financial Analyst, Second-Year Students

As an Explore Business Intern in the Finance track youll participate in an experiential learning program designed for students who are early in their academic journey and interested in exploring careers in Finance within the technology industry. Youll build foundational business and financial acumen through meaningful hands-on work while developing analytical and problem-solving skills and learning how data financial tools and AI-powered technology can support business decisions.

This internship is for Redmond Washington and will be onsite summer 2027.

• Gains foundational experience with financial concepts data tools and business processes

Required Qualifications

• Currently pursuing full time Bachelors degree
• Must be enrolled in second year of a 4-year undergraduate degree program at time of application
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel
• Will have completed at least one introductory college level course in a finance business or analytics related area (or equivalent) by the start of the program

Preferred Qualifications

• Interest in pursuing a career in financial analysis
• Exposure to analytics tools like Power BI
• Interest in using AI to improve efficiency and quality

The base pay range for this internship is USD $22.10 - $40.66 per hour.
