The Ford Store SanLeandro is looking for an experienced Sales BDC / Internet Sales Representative who brings energy strong follow-up skills and a drive to get results. If youre comfortable picking up the phone building relationships and keeping your pipeline moving this is your opportunity to put those skills to work.

• Respond promptly to internet leads by phone text and email.
• Set quality appointments and follow up to help customers arrive.
• Reconnect with shoppers who havent purchased yet.
• Keep accurate notes and follow-up tasks in our CRM.
• Work closely with our sales team to create a smooth customer experience.
• Stay informed about inventory offers and dealership processes.

• Previous automotive Sales BDC or Internet Sales experience required.
• A confident communicator with strong phone and writing skills.
• Someone who understands appointment setting lead follow-up and CRM accountability.
• An organized motivated teammate who follows through.
• VinSolutions experience is a plus.
