Schedule: Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm

Location: Seattle Bothell Sammamish Enumclaw Auburn Puyallup Olympia Bremerton Port Orchard

What We Require:

• 1 year or more of previous experience in property management maintenance other building maintenance or a related trade
• Valid drivers license a reliable vehicle and auto insurance
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to read write and understand English
• Ability to use a computer and the tracking systems used at the property
• Ability to maintain a professional appearance
• Willingness to comply with all safety regulations
• Ability to work weekends and non-traditional holidays
• Ability to stand walk sit bend and crouch as needed
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Roving requires the ability to travel to all TPS properties.

What Youll Do:

• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC plumbing electrical appliances and more
• Complete work orders and prepare units for new residents
• Rotate on-call for emergency maintenance
• Order supplies and keep accurate records
• Maintain safety and property standards
