Experienced Production Operations Specialist (SPAM) 2nd Shift- Millennium Space Systems

We are seeking an Integration Lead to be responsible for managing the end-to-end design development and implementation of application interfaces data flows and systems often specializing in APIs M&A IT or enterprise platforms. They act as a key liaison between teams ensuring cross-functional alignment maintaining project timelines and validating technical solutions.

This positions internal job code is Production Ops Spec. Our team is currently hiring a level 3.

Position Responsibilities:

• Develops implements and maintains manufacturing processes and methods that comply with company policies and procedures improves production efficiency and optimizes product quality

• Monitors assesses and provides status on production progress actions issue resolution and support needs

• Investigates product defects and production inefficiencies and develops solutions to reduce/mitigate

• Conducts staffing and cost analyses

• Coordinates and prepares justification for major capital expenditures and equipment implementation

• Represents manufacturing on production related issues

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Shift:

This position is for 2nd shift.

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. (An Interim and/or final U.S. Top Secret Clearance Post Start is required.)

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• High School Diploma

• 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment

• 3 years of hands on experience building Propulsion and Mechanical systems

• 1 years of experience leading teams

• Experience working with various manufacturing execution systems

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Experience in the aerospace industry

• Proficiency with PC Applications especially Excel

• Excellent written and Verbal Communications

• Demonstrated ability to aggregate visualize and analyze data to make informed decisions (i.e. SQL Excel PowerBI etc.)

Summary pay range: Level 3: $80000 - $143000
