Tooele Motor Company is actively hiring an experienced Master Automotive Service Technician to join our growing team. We represent multiple major manufacturers under one roof giving our technicians a steady flow of work diverse repair opportunities and exceptional earning potential. Our dealership carries 14 brands operates a busy service department and is committed to investing in the best technicians in the industry.

• Pay: $30$65/hr hourly production bonus (or flat rate with a36-hr weekly guarantee).
• Signing bonus: $5000 (12-month clawback)
• Schedule: MondayFriday no weekends (or 410 option)

• Diagnose complex mechanical electrical drivability and electronic vehicle concerns
• Perform repairs accurately and efficiently to manufacturer specifications
• Complete engine transmission suspension steering brake HVAC and electrical repairs
• Utilize factory scan tools and advanced diagnostic equipment
• Perform warranty and customer-pay repairs
• Road test vehicles to verify repairs
• Communicate findings and repair recommendations with Service Advisors
• Mentor and assist apprentice and entry-level technicians
• Maintain detailed repair documentation
• Stay current with manufacturer training and emerging vehicle technologies

• Previous dealership experience preferred
• Master Technician experience required
• ASE Certifications strongly preferred
• Manufacturer certifications are a plus
• Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting abilities
• Ability to work efficiently in a flat-rate environment
• Own professional automotive tools
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
