Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inquiries from potential tenants and provide detailed information about available units.
• Conduct thorough background checks and screening of potential tenants.
• Prepare lease documents and ensure compliance with all legal requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of property availability and tenant communication.
• Coordinate move-in and move-out processes with tenants to ensure a seamless experience.
• Assist in marketing efforts to promote available properties through various channels.
• Provide exceptional customer service to tenants and cultivate positive relationships.
• Address tenant concerns and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Stay informed about market trends and property values to provide informed advice.
• Assist with property management tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Leasing Agent or similar role in property management.
• Strong understanding of leasing and real estate regulations.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong negotiation skills and customer-oriented mindset.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• High school diploma; additional certification in real estate is a plus.
